Jim Carteris - Principal  
Jim has spent the last ten years in the Technical Staffing industry as a top producer in several elite Technical Staffing agencies. Starting out as a recruiter, Jim quickly moved to account manager, department manager, Vice President and finally Sr. Vice President of Corporate Development prior to Starting his own agency. Throughout his career, Jim has been responsible for initiating and developing a top-notch team of account managers and recruiters to satisfy some of the most demanding technical needs of both small and large development companies in the Silicon Valley. Jim has founded and participated in several companies throughout the years with an eye on marketing and career development.  
 
Doug Wing - Principal  
Doug has over 9 years of experience within the technical staffing industry as a key contributor for various successful agencies. Ascending quickly in both title and responsibilities, he has served as a senior technical recruiter and senior account manager, responsible for shaping, mentoring and directing the core recruiting and sales teams. Prior to entering the staffing arena and co-founding JD Strategies, Doug has served on several technical staffs at Applied Biosystems, Syntex and Lifescan. He was able to add significant contributions at various points of a SDLC and a Product's Lifecycle. Doug's experience brings a unique blend of in-depth knowledge of both the biopharmaceutical industry as well as high technology industry. Throughout Doug's staffing career, he was relied upon creating long-term relationships with various Silicon Valley companies of various sizes and developing relationships in emerging companies and technologies. Doug has attained a BS degree in Biochemistry from UC Davis, a BS degree in Managerial Economics from UC Davis and attended Santa Clara University for an MBA.
